    I had a new hygienist at this visit;my teeth feel clean, and the procedure was very easy with no discomfort. In addition, I liked how the denial hygienist suggested a new technique for brushing my front lower teeth and gave me a recommendation for a mouth rinse that may work for me since I have issues with tarter control toothpaste. I hope she will be there for me at my next visit.

    Very pleased with the gentle way my teeth were cleaned. I appreiate the positive reinforcement givin by the lady that cleaned my teeth, and here suggestions about how I could do better.

    it seemed like the tech was in training, which is okay, bot quite a lot of residue from the glue for the temp cap was left in my mouth and came loose when I used the small gum brush between my teeth. the rest was great as usual.

    Dr Bath and his team have always made me feel at ease. Cheerful and attentive competence are consistently evident; the team members communicate with each other with ease while performing their tasks carefully. The least question or concern on my part has always been addressed immediately; I have never felt patronized -- they talk to me like a real person rather than the umpteenth mouth in room three. In terms of having dental work done, Dr Bath's team makes it downright pleasant. I am also extremely pleased with the considerable work done on the front crowns that needed replacing. Despite a lifelong anxiety over having these particular teeth worked on, I was put very much at ease. They went to extreme care to make sure the new crowns were seated correctly as well as looking right in terms of color and shape. With their guidance, my whole mouth is incredibly healthy, so much so that my physician has noticed an over all improvement.

    the crown installed a year ago, or so, wasn't satisfactory. When I commented on it in the last checkup you ground on a good tooth --it was the crown that was a problem, Giving it more clearance doesn't/didn't help. You want to remove an existing crown and put on a new one, may be a good idea--but my sample of your work causes me to consider second opinions Gary Ray
